***Maintenance Technician – Weekly Pay***

Location: North Sioux City, SD OR Hawarden, IA

Pay: $32–$40/hr

Shifts Available: All shifts

Schedule: Full‑time (hours vary by shift)

Seeking Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This role supports mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

• Diagnose equipment issues and perform mechanical/electrical repairs
• Maintain machinery, plumbing, refrigeration, and facility systems
• Complete preventative maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production equipment
• Use precision tools to inspect, measure, and adjust components
• Remove and replace defective parts using hoists, cranes, and hand/power tools
• Fabricate basic repair parts using shop equipment
• Follow blueprints, manuals, and schematics

• 6 months–1 year of related maintenance experience
• Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
• Hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, or mechanical drives
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Sioux City, SD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
