Now Hiring: Graphic Designer & Digital Print Production Operator

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 40
Pay: $22-30/Hour

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Digital Print Production Operator to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both designing high-quality graphics and working hands-on with digital printing and production equipment to bring designs to life.  Knowledge of operating wide format and digital press and finishing machines is required.  We run Mimaki, Roland, Konica and GM machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit designs for print and digital materials (stickers, labels, banners, signage, etc.)
• Prepare files for printing (layout, formatting, color correction, bleed, trim marks)
• Operate and maintain print production equipment (wide-format printers, high speed label printers, cutters, laminators, etc.)
• Ensure print quality and accuracy before final production
• Communicate with customers/clients to understand design needs and make revisions
• Manage production timelines and meet deadlines
• Assist with finishing tasks such as cutting, mounting, binding, and packaging

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
• Knowledge of print production processes and file setup (required)
• Familiarity with large-format printers, high-speed label printers, vinyl cutters, and laminators (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience in a print shop or signage business is a plus
