Quick Facts: Location: Atlantic City, NJ (and Pomona, NJ) Start Date: 06/23/2026 Duration: 6 months Shift: Days, Monday – Friday Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Locum/Temporary Licensure/Certifications: First Assist Certification w/ Robot (required), BLS/ACLS as per standard Experience: Prior surgical experience required; no new grads considered Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $0.00/hour (discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Travel and licensure reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Assist in gynecological surgeries in an inpatient OR setting Support robotic gynecological procedures as part of a surgical team Collaborate with surgeons during procedures as the First Assist Document patient care and surgical details accurately using Cerner/Oracle EMR Manage an average of 2-6 surgeries daily in a Level 3 Trauma Facility Work alongside supervising physicians during procedures and patient care What You Need: Valid PA license with First Assist Certification (with Robot experience) At least 2 years of surgical experience in gynecology Knowledge of robotic surgical procedures preferred Ability to work in an inpatient hospital setting Strong teamwork and communication skills About the Assignment: This assignment involves providing surgical first assist coverage in gynecology at a recognized Level 3 trauma hospital.
