ERS is seeking a Compliance Analyst to perform advanced (senior-level) compliance management analyst work. Assist in administering ERS compliance activities to ensure ERS is in accordance with applicable laws, internal policies and contractual obligations. Applies understanding of ERS' business objectives and activities to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements. Responsible for the administration and day-to-day management of the organization's compliance information system, including maintaining user access, coordinating data collection, and generating reports used for oversight and decision-making. Position focuses on functional administration and reporting. Will collaborate with staff and external parties to implement compliance activities. Supports administration of agency-wide ethics program. Works under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The role serves as the primary liaison between ERS staff, external parties to ensure the system is used effectively to support compliance monitoring and reporting.
- Develops and maintains working knowledge of business systems used by the division.
- Manages user access and permissions within assigned systems.
- Serves as a resource to staff by providing guidance on system functionality and use.
- Acts as a liaison between ERS divisions and external parties for issue resolution and program improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation.
- Assists with troubleshooting system issues and documenting procedures for system use.
Reporting and Data Administration
- Performs routine monitoring and daily checks of system-generated reports and data outputs.
- Runs periodic reports and compiles information for divisional use.
- Aggregates and summarizes information to support reporting needs of management.
- Assists with maintaining report documentation and ensuring consistency of reporting processes.
Administrative and Operational Support
- Coordinates scheduling and logistics for meetings.
- Maintains division logs, tracking tools, and task monitoring systems.
- Supports coordination of the division's budget-related information and tracking.
- Prepares or assists with divisional status reports and operational updates.
- Assists with preparation and coordination of board material.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Your application for employment must reflect how you meet each of the following minimum qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university. Qualifying experience may substitute for education.
- Four (4) years' experience in program administration, business operations, functional administrator, and/or a related field.
- Two (2) years' experience supporting compliance, audit, finance, or governmental operations
