Assists in the preparation and performance of human surgical specimen dissection. Assists in the preparation and performance of human postmortem examinations with subsequent dissection, submission of samples, and dictation of gross findings. Responsible for the preparation, gross description, and dissection of human tissue surgical specimens. Assists with frozen section evaluations. Performs gross examinations, selection of tissue, cryotomy of samples, and subsequent staining for intraoperative evaluation by a Pathologist. Prepares and performs human postmortem examinations. Involves the preparation and gross description of human tissue surgical specimens. Assists with frozen section evaluations, performing gross examinations, and tissue selection. Conducts cryotomy of specimens and subsequent staining for intraoperative evaluation by a Pathologist. Prepares and performs human postmortem examinations.
