Bethesda North Pointe HousekeeperHousekeeperJob Summary: Keep assigned areas clean, sanitized, and aseptic by scouring, scrubbing, mopping, window washing, carpet vacuuming, dusting, and other typical housekeeping tasks. Keep workstations clean and well stocked.Hours of Work: Part-time, 14 hours a week. Clean resident rooms and common spaces.Follow cleaning schedule as outlined for housekeeping.Clean and disinfect residential apartments.Dust surfaces.Clean window casings.Wipe down light fixtures on walls.Wipe down surfaces.Wash mirrors.Empty garbage.Sweep floor.Mop floor.Clean vents.Clean sinks and toilets.Vacuum.2. Communicate effectively with residents and other staff.Treat resident information with confidentialityReport changes in resident responses and behaviorsMaintain a calm and pleasant manner with staffMaintain confidentiality regarding staff and facility information3.
