Seeking Senior Full Charge Bookkeeper / Real Estate Accountant for long term, stable position with a private single family at their Family Office.
\n \nAbout the Role:
\n \nWe are an established private Family Office in Doral, FL, seeking a Senior Full-Charge Bookkeeper with deep, career-long experience in real estate and multi-entity accounting.
\nThis role is designed for a seasoned professional who takes total ownership of daily accounting operations, property management books, and monthly financial reporting. If you are a highly autonomous, thorough accounting specialist who values workplace stability, structured 9-to-5 hours, and a quiet office environment, this is a long-term position where your experience will be fully relied upon and respected.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n \n* Full-Cycle Multi-Entity Bookkeeping: Manage general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries across multiple family office and real estate holdings.
\n \n* Real Estate & Property Accounting: Maintain rent rolls, track tenant payments, monitor property expenses, handle escrows, and oversee property-level financials using Yardi.
\n \n* Financial Reporting & Statements: Independently prepare clean, accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial packages (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
\n \n* Software: Maintain complete accounting workflows using both Yardi (real estate holdings) and QuickBooks Online (operating entities). Extensive hands-on background using both Yardi AND QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required.
\n \n* Cash & Treasury Operations: Monitor cash balances, process intercompany movements, and handle routine payroll processing.
\n \n* CPA & Tax Readiness: Package clean, fully reconciled year-end workpapers to hand off seamlessly to external CPA tax preparers.
\n \nCandidate Profile & Qualifications:
\n \n* 10 to 15+ Years of Experience: Demonstrated long-term track record in full-charge bookkeeping, real estate accounting, or family office administration.
\n \n* Industry Background: Strong foundation in real estate transactions, lease structures, tenant ledgers, and property management accounting.
\n \n* Commute: Reliable daily presence in our Doral office (conveniently located right off of 836) for a standard 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM schedule (earlier start time also available).
\n \n* CPA certification is NOT required; practical, deep-real-world bookkeeping experience is what matters most.
\n \n* Proven Reliability: A steady, meticulous, and self-directed work style with a reputation for accuracy and meeting dead-on reporting timelines.
