Flooring Estimator / Measure Technician (1099 Contractor)

We're looking for dependable and professional Measure Technicians to join our growing team as independent contractors. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people, traveling locally, and helping customers with their flooring projects. All while working independently and managing their own schedule.

What We Provide

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to measure flooring installation areas
• Accurately collect measurements and project details using provided technology
• Deliver excellent customer service during each appointment
• Communicate professionally with customers (as needed) and team members

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Active listening and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and proof of personal auto insurance
• Smartphone and basic tablet/computer skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• Construction experience preferred; flooring knowledge is a plus
• Availability on Saturday's is REQUIRED
