Commercial Account ManagerThe Commercial Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers by developing relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving renewals. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer success while achieving sales team targets.Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, serving as primary point of contact to understand their technical requirements and business needs.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular engagement and account reviews to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and overall account health.Identify, develop, and execute growth and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Partner with Strategic Account Managers and Business Development team to support account strategy and opportunity execution.Manage the sales lifecycle from opportunity generation through order fulfillment, including identifying and developing sales opportunities, generating quotations and proposals, responding to product requests and RFQs, providing timely customer follow-up, entering and managing Sales Orders (Sos), and actively managing customer backlog and delivery expectations.Provide product, application, and commercial guidance to customers.Collaborate with engineering or product teams to customize or refine solutions as necessary.
