Job Overview:
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Administrative Director Patient Care Nursing Administration for Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master's preferred
- Current New Jersey RN Licensure
- BLS required. (American Heart Association)
- Progressive leadership is required
Scheduling Requirements :
- Full Time 40 hours per week
Essential Functions:
- The Administrative Director will oversee the clinical, operational, and strategic performance of the department, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and patient/family-centered care,
- Administrative Director will manage the staffing, budget & quality measures of the Unit
- An integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at RWJ New Brunswick
- Responsibility for multiple teams who support daily essential patient care
- This individual is responsible to have 24/7 responsibility, recruit and manage multiple teams and improve quality and customer satisfaction,
