Own the Growth Strategy for Sono Bello's Largest Business

We're seeking a commercially minded leader to own and accelerate growth for our flagship Body Service Line- the largest and most established business within Sono Bello. This is an opportunity to lead a nationally scaled category-leading business, drive P&L performance, shape future offerings, and influence enterprise-wide strategy.

What You'll Own

As Director, Body Service Line Growth & Strategy, you will partner closely with the Chief Growth Officer to lead and grow Sono Bello's flagship body contouring business, overseeing a portfolio that includes liposuction and related aesthetic procedures.

You'll be responsible for:

• Driving revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance
• Developing and executing the service line strategy and roadmap
• Identifying opportunities to expand market share, improve conversion, and enhance patient lifetime value
• Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Clinical, and Finance leaders to optimize the end-to-end patient journey
• Evaluating new offerings, pricing, positioning, and growth initiatives
• Building business cases and investment recommendations backed by data and ROI analysis
• Establishing KPIs and performance measures to track success
• Assessing organizational needs and helping build the team required for future growth

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in General Management, Brand Management, Product Management, Service Line Management, or related business leadership roles
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and accountability for growth and financial performance
• Experience building and scaling products, services, brands, or business units
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Experience in consumer, retail, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or other customer-centric industries preferred
• MBA preferred

COMPENSATION:

At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $180,000 - $225,000 + Bonus.

Compensation Range

$180,000—$225,000 USD

Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future. Full-time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
