Pediatric Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our pediatric home health team! This is a wonderful opportunity for a PTA who enjoys working with children and families in a supportive, flexible environment. No pediatric experience is required — mentorship and training are provided.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients in their home environment under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and independence
• Educate families and caregivers on exercises, positioning, and therapeutic activities
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and timely
• Collaborate with therapists, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Build positive and encouraging relationships with patients and caregivers

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and families
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
