Clinical Liaison RN/RT — Care Continuum Navigator
Select Specialty Hospital - Boardman
Select Specialty – Regency Hospitals is seeking a Clinical Liaison to advocate for referred patients in the pre‑admission process. You will collaborate with clinical teams to assess patient needs, coordinate care plans with physicians and families, and facilitate transfers while removing barriers to accessing post‑ICU care. This role demands strong clinical background and payer knowledge. Full‑time schedule Monday–Friday 8–5, with an extensive onboarding and training program and uncapped monthly #J-18808-Ljbffr Select Specialty Hospital
