Clinical Liaison – Kansas City Area Luxor Healthcare is seeking an energetic, relationship‑driven Clinical Liaison to support our growing network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities throughout the Kansas City area. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional who enjoys building relationships, coordinating patient transitions, and helping connect individuals with quality post‑acute care services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners to drive admissions and support occupancy growth. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Generous PTO and paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Career growth opportunities with a growing organization Supportive team environment Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations Review referrals and coordinate admissions processes, including assessments, documentation, and authorizations Conduct facility presentations and tours for referral sources and families Communicate resident needs to facility teams to ensure smooth transitions Promote a positive image of our facilities within the community Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care processes Travel between facilities and throughout the Kansas City market to support referral development and admissions growth Qualifications 2+ years of admissions, business development, clinical liaison, or related healthcare experience Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post‑acute care, or hospital settings preferred Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills Professional customer service and phone skills Knowledge of Managed Care processes preferred LPN license preferred but not required Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Kansas City area Why Join Luxor Healthcare?
