Part-Time Personal & Household Assistant

We are seeking a Part-Time Personal & Household Assistant to provide ongoing support for a private individual who divides her time between 2 locations. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking for flexible, consistent part-time work and who enjoys taking ownership of the details that keep a home and personal life running smoothly.

The right person will become a trusted local point person in Manhattan. While many of the responsibilities are straightforward, reliability is everything in this role. We are looking for someone who follows through, communicates proactively, exercises good judgment, and takes pride in being dependable.

This is primarily an in-person position based at a private residence in Upper West Side Manhattan , with some responsibilities that may be completed remotely. Due to the amount of access this person will have, the selected candidate will be required to complete a comprehensive background check and commit to the role for a minimum of two years .

Compensation & Schedule

$40–$50 per hour, depending on experience

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. A consistent weekly visit to the Manhattan residence will be required, with additional hours based on household projects, appointments, errands, and other needs.

The position has the potential to expand in both hours and responsibilities for the right person.
