Overview
Join our dynamic team as a CNC Machinist at our state-of-the-art facility located in St. Michael, MN, 55376. We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about precision machining and thrives in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
- Proficient in operating CNC mills and lathes.
- Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
