Mid-Level Giving Manager

• Play a pivotal role in strengthening donor relationships and inspiring generosity. • Cultivate and steward a portfolio of engaged supporters. • Lead a team of mid-level gift officers and manage a dynamic portfolio. • Drive revenue, set strategy, and create culture for a high-performing mid-level program. • Partnering closely with the Annual Giving Director and Foundation partners. Requirements Bachelor's degree. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified. 5+ years of fundraising experience with demonstrated achievement managing a portfolio of individual donors. Experience leading a team. Strong functional experience with Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge or similar donor database. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in donor relationship management and fundraising strategy, with a strong focus on team leadership and portfolio stewardship. Proficient in utilizing donor databases to drive revenue and enhance program performance.
