The associate will be responsible for managing and prioritizing incoming email requests. will coordinate and reserve conference rooms in a timely manner, assist with scheduling needs, and maintain organized meeting spaces will serve as a professional point of contact for vendors, clients, and visitors, providing excellent customer service and clear communication. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and eager to learn, demonstrate initiative, can work independently with minimal supervision, and are able to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Parking is FREE.



Job Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, visitors, and employees professionally and provide front-desk support.
• Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to the appropriate staff, and take messages.
• Manage incoming email requests and prioritize tasks.
• Schedule conference rooms, meetings, and appointments.
• Prepare meeting rooms with necessary supplies, beverages, and video conferencing equipment.
• Assist attorneys, paralegals, and legal administrative staff with clerical and administrative tasks.
• Prepare documents and correspondence using Microsoft Word and maintain files, calendars, and records.
• Use Microsoft Excel for administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain an organized reception area, conference rooms, and supply closets.
• Arrange coffee, water, and refreshments for meetings when needed.
• Follow visitor security procedures and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Build professional relationships with clients, vendors, visitors, and employees.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Three years of related business experience preferred.
• Receptionist, front-desk, or switchboard experience strongly preferred.
• Previous law firm or legal office experience highly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Ability to operate office and video conferencing equipment.
