Client Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team! This position offers an opportunity to use your experience to train, coach, and develop employees while supporting the administrative and compliance responsibilities of our Training Department. What You’ll Do As a Training Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in preparing new and existing employees for success through classroom instruction, hands‑on training, coaching, and ongoing development. Key Responsibilities Include Training & Development: Facilitate classroom and hands‑on training covering collection procedures, systems, federal and state regulations, client requirements, and company policies. Employee Coaching: Guide employees through the learning process, monitor progress, identify development opportunities, and provide constructive feedback. Training Coordination: Organize training schedules, attendance records, trainee evaluations, required readings, testing, and training assignments. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate training records, compliance tracking logs, spreadsheets, and documentation supporting regulatory and client requirements. Training Materials: Prepare, update, and distribute presentations, reference guides, job aids, procedures, and other training resources. Reporting & Follow‑Up: Track completion of required training, testing, and acknowledgments while ensuring outstanding requirements are addressed. Collaboration: Work closely with Human Resources, Recruiting, Operations, Compliance, and management to support onboarding, employee development, and continuing education. Required Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to confidently present information and provide instruction to groups. Excellent organizational, administrative, and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn and utilize learning management systems and other company software. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in training, coaching, supervision, or team leadership. Experience developing or delivering employee training programs Familiarity with training documentation, compliance tracking, and learning management systems. College degree or equivalent work experience.
