TEKsystems is hiring for a Service Desk Analyst to provide day‑to‑day technical support to end users onsite in Menasha, WI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and delivering strong customer service.

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical issues
• Respond to Level 1 support requests via phone, ticketing system, chat, and other intake methods
• Troubleshoot common issues such as password resets, software installs, and basic desktop support
• Document, update, and manage tickets in ServiceNow
• Escalate more complex issues to higher-tier support as needed
• Provide clear communication and follow-up to ensure user satisfaction
• Deliver courteous, professional customer service at all times

• Troubleshoot and diagnose basic hardware, software, and peripheral issues using documented procedures
• Perform minor fixes and assist with general application support
• Explain technical processes and solutions in a way users can understand
• May assist with project planning, testing, or training support for new initiatives

• 1+ year of experience in a service desk, help desk, or technical support role (required)
• Working knowledge troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and utilizing Active Directory
• Experience supporting users in a Windows desktop environment
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work in a user-facing role

This is a Contract position based out of Menasha, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Menasha,WI.
