Level 1 IT Help Desk / Triage Technicians

** Onsite 5 days per week (8am-5pm)**

This role is meant for a candidate that will be involved in providing Tier 1 technical support to users experiencing issues with their IT systems. Responsibilities include responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting basic problems like password resets and software installations and escalating more complex issues to higher-tier support.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months–2+ years of experience in an IT help desk, service desk, or technical support role.

• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common desktop hardware/peripherals.

• Experience using a ticketing/ITSM system to log and manage tickets.

• Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Ability to triage and prioritize multiple concurrent requests in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to follow documented procedures and escalate appropriately when outside Level 1 scope.

• Acknowledge new tickets within 2 hours of submission.

• Escalate out-of-scope tickets within 4 hours with complete documentation.

• Maintain ticket documentation quality consistent with Client standards.

• Maintain attendance/reliability consistent with the agreed schedule.

This is a Contract position based out of Menasha, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
