Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Executive to serve as an important point of contact for customers, visitors, and team members while supporting daily front office activities. Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for front desk inquiries.
• Provide information about products, services, and company activities.
• Assist customers with routine questions and requests.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and routine office activities.
• Receive and organize incoming mail, deliveries, and documents.
• Maintain accurate visitor, customer, and administrative records.
• Support team members with general administrative and customer service tasks.
• Communicate customer questions and feedback to appropriate team members.
• Help coordinate communication between customers and office staff.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
