RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a Specialty Pharmacy in the Cordova, TN area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a motivated pharmacist looking for long-term growth with a company that values dedication, clinical excellence, and leadership potential.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other chronic conditions requiring specialty medications and infused therapies
• Manage specialty therapies including factor replacement products, emicizumab, subcutaneous therapies, and IV infusions
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding medication administration, adherence, side effect management, and safe home handling procedures
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, care coordinators, and reimbursement specialists to ensure continuity of care
• Assist with prior authorizations, insurance navigation, and patient assistance programs to improve access to therapy
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company standards

Requirements:
• Active Tennessee Pharmacist license
• Specialty pharmacy or infusion experience preferred
• Strong clinical communication and patient counseling skills
• Open to obtaining additional state pharmacist licenses
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Motivated professional interested in long-term growth opportunities
