Contact Center Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Project Manager, the remote contract Contact Center Project Manager will lead technology initiatives in a healthcare environment, managing multiple projects focused on system migrations and customer experience technologies. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple small- to large-scale technology projects simultaneously Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Drive end-to-end execution of system migration and integration initiatives Required Qualifications Strong Project Management background with experience leading enterprise technology initiatives Experience managing complex system migrations and integrations from planning through implementation Background supporting healthcare organizations with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including documentation, timelines, and milestone management Effective stakeholder management and communication skills for both technical and business audiences
