Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

A rapidly growing company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to its CEO. This is a highly visible role that requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing complex schedules, coordinating extensive travel, supporting strategic initiatives, and acting as a key liaison with board members, investors, and senior leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, can shift priorities quickly, and is comfortable balancing both executive and personal support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex and constantly changing executive calendar.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and executive correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO, board members, investors, senior leaders, and external stakeholders.
- Track action items, deadlines, and key business initiatives to ensure timely follow-through.
- Support executive meetings, board-related activities, and special projects.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical challenges.
- Assist with select personal and administrative matters as needed.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably a CEO.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Experience interacting with board members, investors, and executive leadership teams.
- Strong project management and strategic planning capabilities.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and executive presence.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and executive support technologies.
