Business Development Representative

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will do this through door to door knocking & canvassing. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong desire to succeed. No Experience Needed! Responsibilities Generate leads and set up appointments Identify and qualify potential customers through effective questioning and active listening Build and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions Update customer information and interactions in Salesforce CRM system Qualifications Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service is preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations Compensation and Benefits We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission.
