Our CUSTOMER RELATION SPECIALISTS are an important piece of the overall success of Big Sandy Superstore! When customers are provided with an exceptional experience, they will not only return, they will refer us to their friends and family. Our customer service jobs are focused around helping customers with warranty issues, product concerns and processing their orders in a timely manner. The ultimate goal is to ensure a fully satisfied positive experience with their purchases and with our organization as a whole. As a Customer Relations Specialist you will: Verifies all information related to orders is accurate; identifies and corrects discrepancies. Completes all documentation in an accurate and efficient manner and processes information regarding cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, account balances in compliance within corporate guidelines. Provides customer service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, solving customer complaints/questions. Completes and processes credit applications, payments and financing paperwork. Communicates with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner. Maintains accurate files and processes in order to maximize productivity. Performs clerical support for store staff as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualities and skills we are looking for: Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills Basic reading and comprehension skills. Basic numerical reasoning skills. Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner. Demonstrated knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills Outstanding customer service skills Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous clerical experience preferred Position Type: Full-Time/Regular
