Lead Generation Specialist

Focused on driving qualified leads into the sales funnel, the full-time Lead Generation Specialist will execute lead generation programs, optimize campaigns, and write conversion-focused content while working remotely. Key responsibilities Execute lead generation programs to build, launch, and optimize campaigns aimed at increasing qualified leads Promote and distribute content assets across channels to maximize lead capture and support the sales team Monitor lead quality and collaborate with marketing and revenue operations to enhance lead flow and conversion rates Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS Strong conversion copywriting skills with a proven ability to create compelling emails and landing pages Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce Ability to work collaboratively with sales and operations teams to maintain lead quality Experience in running lead capture programs around content assets like webinars or gated reports
