Position Overview

Guardian Storm Alerts is seeking experienced, motivated Territory Sales Representatives to help expand our growing company across 12 states.

We are hiring only ONE exclusive sales representative per state.

This is a primarily remote position, allowing representatives to work from home approximately 95% of the time.

Occasional travel may be required for roofing supplier events, trade shows, and other industry-related business opportunities.

Representatives will develop and maintain professional relationships with roofing contractors, storm restoration companies, and other industry professionals throughout their assigned territory.

We are seeking individuals who take pride in professionalism, honesty, integrity, and building lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned statewide sales territory.
• Identify prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with roofing and storm restoration professionals.
• Present and demonstrate Guardian Storm Alerts products and services.
• Introduce prospective customers to our membership platform.
• Manage sales leads, customer communications, and CRM records.
• Follow up with prospective customers and develop long-term business relationships.
• Attend occasional supplier events, trade shows, and industry networking opportunities.
• Provide feedback to company leadership regarding customer needs and market opportunities.
• Represent Guardian Storm Alerts professionally and ethically.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven professional sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and acquire customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic business software.
• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional attitude and business conduct.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.

Previous experience in roofing, construction, insurance, restoration, or technology sales is preferred but not required.

This opportunity is intended for experienced sales professionals who can work independently and build a statewide customer base.

Compensation and Payment Information

This position is offered as a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation only.

There is no guaranteed base salary or hourly wage.

Guardian Storm Alerts offers recurring commission opportunities associated with its membership platform and qualifying products and services.

Only one representative will be selected for each available state territory.
