eLearning Developer

Elearning DeveloperRequired Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of experience developing eLearning content and digital learning solutions. Experience administering or working within a Learning Management System (Dayforce, Thrive, Docebo, or similar platforms); implementation experience strongly preferred. Experience working with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms. Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS deployment standards. Ability to create multimedia content including video, graphics, and interactive learning activities.Job Description: This role would be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and enhancement of the organization's online learning programs. You will review and migrate existing training content into a new Learning Management System (LMS), update and maintain eLearning course packages, and work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to customize off-the-shelf vendor training content. On a regular basis, you will build and organize learning plans, training paths, and curricula within the LMS to ensure employees have a seamless learning experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eLearning development and instructional design, along with experience participating in or supporting an LMS implementation, migration, or rollout.
