IT Business Systems Analyst

DescriptionKforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst that serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the design and implementation of solutions that support business objectives and operational efficiency. This individual leverages advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions. The role requires deep functional expertise, independent decision-making, and the ability to lead initiatives that impact multiple business areas.Key Responsibilities:* Partner with business stakeholders to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend technology solutions that align with organizational goals* Gather, document, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented* Define test scenarios and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements* Monitor, evaluate, and measure solution effectiveness, recommending enhancements as needed* Analyze complex business and system challenges, providing innovative and practical recommendations* Lead cross-functional workstreams, projects, or initiatives, serving as a subject matter expert within the organization* Support project planning activities, including requirements prioritization, risk identification, and stakeholder communicationRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field* 6-10 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, technology delivery, or related functions* Proven experience translating business requirements into functional and technical solution designs* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and project delivery frameworks* Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teamsPreferred Skills & Experience:* Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies* Experience supporting IT financial planning and budget forecasting activities* Experience utilizing business intelligence, reporting, and analytics tools to support decision-making* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skillsProficiency with SAP ecosystem tools, including: * SAP ERP* SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ)* SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC)Key Characteristics:* Strategic thinker with strong business acumen* Skilled at navigating ambiguity and solving complex business challenges* Ability to work independently while influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization* Recognized subject matter expert capable of leading initiatives and driving business outcomesJob TypeContractCompensation48 - $52
