Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $122,000 to $172,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the quality management system and ensure compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal and external audit activities, including audit preparation, corrective actions, and continuous compliance monitoring.
• Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
• Monitor quality metrics and operational performance trends while providing recommendations to improve product quality and process effectiveness.
• Manage, mentor, and develop quality assurance personnel while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of quality assurance experience within the aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing industry.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience leading quality teams.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, auditing practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Previous experience with process improvement methodologies, statistical analysis, and quality improvement tools.

Qualifications:

• Quality auditing certification or experience conducting internal and external quality audits.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrated continuous improvement experience.
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis, risk assessment techniques, process controls, and quality data analysis.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and customer requirements with accuracy.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
