Adecco is hiring immediately for Document Processing Clerks in Lewisville, TX! Join a growing team in a fast-paced office and production support environment.

Position: Clerical - Lockbox
Location: Lewisville, TX
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour - $23.00/hour
Schedules:

·         1st Shift - Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm - $20.00

·         2nd Shift - Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12:00am - $22.00

·         3rd shift - Sunday - Thursday (30 hours per week) 12:15am - 6:15am - $23.00

·         Weekend Full time - Friday - Monday 7:00am - 5:30pm - $22.00 per hour

·         Weekend Part time - Saturday & Sunday - 7:00am - 5:30pm - $22.00 per hour

Duties:

• Inputting and validating data into the system while following standard operating procedures and customer specific instructions for processing 

• Following detailed instructions to organize, and process high volume, error free data on a consistent basis

• Data entry speed and accuracy skills to be able to keep up with performance and metrics requirements

• Working quickly and efficiently to complete repetitive tasks

Responsibilities:

• Preparing work for digitization by extracting applications and documents from mailing envelopes

• Inputting and validating data into the system while following standard operating procedures and customer specific instructions for processing

• Operating high-volume document scanning machines while validating quality of scanned images

• Validating/reconciling electronic records to paper documentation

• Making judgment calls regarding routine duties but refer non-routine situations to a supervisor and/or manager

• Willingness to learn new processing functions and equipment operation in all areas/departments of production as needed

• Maintaining site productivity and quality standards

• Contributing to meeting team accuracy and production goals in addition to individual targets

• Ensuring that all customer and bank guidelines are followed as related to operations, internal audit and security, and general practices

• Lifting and moving mail trays weighing up to 50 pounds 

REQUIREMENTS

• This role supports U.S. federal government contracts that require U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent status.

• Ability to pass both a background check and credit check

• Willing to work in a high-security production environment

• Must be a team player able to maintain a positive attitude and flexibility to work in different function

• Effectively interact with diverse groups within the organization

• Physical requirements for most roles: Sitting and standing with the ability to lift to 50lbs.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
