Now, the focus is on building the scalable systems, leadership structure, data visibility, and operational discipline required to support the next level of growth.

We are seeking a Head of Operations / Delivery to lead that evolution.

This is a high-impact executive role for a hands-on operations leader who knows how to bring structure, consistency, and performance discipline to a growing staffing or professional services business. The right person will be energized by the opportunity to modernize operations, improve delivery performance, strengthen recruiting capacity, and help build a more scalable, data-driven enterprise.

What You’ll Lead

You will oversee delivery operations across branches and business units, with responsibility for building standardized processes, stronger KPI governance, improved recruiting productivity, and consistent client service execution.

Key areas of focus include:

• Standardizing operational processes across branches and delivery teams.
• Improving recruiting throughput, fulfillment performance, and time-to-fill.
• Building KPI dashboards, reporting cadence, and performance accountability.
• Partnering with technology leadership to move from manual processes to more scalable, tech-enabled workflows.
• Overseeing account management and program management execution.
• Aligning recruiting capacity and operational resources with revenue growth targets.
• Partnering with Sales, Finance, Technology, and the CEO to execute the annual growth plan.
• Improving gross profit performance, labor cost percentage, delivery margin, and revenue per delivery headcount.
• Developing second-line operational leaders who can support scale.

The Right Candidate

You are likely a strong fit if you have:

• 10–15+ years of operations leadership experience in staffing, workforce solutions, professional services, or a similar service-based business.
• Experience leading multi-branch, multi-unit, or geographically distributed operations.
• A track record of improving delivery performance, recruiting productivity, and operational consistency.
• Experience building KPI frameworks, dashboards, reporting rhythms, and accountability systems.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including gross profit, labor cost, margin, and productivity metrics.
• Comfort working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment while helping the company mature.
• The ability to partner effectively with Sales, Finance, Technology, and executive leadership.
