Coordinatesubvisits,inspections,andscheduleswithPMstaff Verifyallbidsarecompleteandaccuratepriortoenteringproposal Assistinenteringinformationintothebidmastertemplatefornewjobs. Createandmaintainjobbinder/foldersforeachjob. TypeallChangeordersasdirected,maintainingaccuracyonmarginsandratesbilled Enterinitialsubcontractintoapplicablesoftwareonalljobs Controlallpaperwork-filing,scanning,etc. Verifypricebilledforlumberpackagesvs.estimates Orderplansetsandmaintainarecordoforders Takeanduploadallpicturestojobfiles/sites Maintainelectroniccopiesofallcontracts,subbidsandotherjob-relateditems. Coordinatewithlocalagencyforpermitsanddocuments MeetwithProjectManagers,Clients,Vendorsatjobsites Othertasksasassigned Preferred Requirements Bachelor’sdegreepreferred,orrelevantexperience Excelinjobscheduling,communicationwithclientandvendors SageContractor,CoConstruct,Buildertrend,Bluebeam HighlevelofMSWord,Excel,PowerPoint,Microsoftproject Readandunderstanddrawings,scopeofworkandspecs 1-3years’experienceinresidentialconstructionpreferred,inthefieldorOffice.
