Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our dynamic team in Mogadore, OH, 44260. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for operating CNC machinery, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality parts and components while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control standards.

- CAM Software (Mastercam, Esprit, HSM Works, GibbsCAM, Mazatrol, Autodesk Fusion 360, Promill, Bobcad, Surfcam, Siemens NX, Sprutcam)
- CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Kitamura, Matsuura, Mikron, Dmg Mori Seiki, Hwachon)
