Leading firearm component manufacturing company has an immediate need for a CNC Programmer/Machinist. Fast paced environment must be able to multitask. Looking for a dependable, creative, flexible, and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. Full-time employment, long-term position, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities/Duties, but not limited to:

• Produce CNC Programs for 3,4, and 5 axis machines.
• Proof out programs by doing set up and submit to First Article buy off.
• Develop manufacturing process plan.
• Maintain quality and safety standards and keep records.
• Maintain equipment and supplies.
• Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates.
• Maintain tooling and NC Code database.
• Make program adjustments as necessary.
• Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 5 years’ experience with CNC Mill Machines.
• NC Code knowledge a must
• Hyper Mill or Mastercam experience
• Experience with Doosan, Makino, Hermle, Brother, Haas CNC mill and lathe a plus.
• GD&T proficiency
• Knowledge of proper measuring tools
• Firearm knowledge a plus
• Work unsupervised.
• Pass FBI/DOJ background check.
• NO Felonies
