First Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm; Friday 6:00am - 11:00am

Second Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:00am

Description:

Operation of CNC machine equipment including Trumpf Laser Cutting Tables, Trumpf Punching Machines, Emmegi CNC 4 and 5 axis milling machines, and Trumpf Press Brakes.

Required skills include operation of material handling lifts, use of some hand tools, measuring tools and computers.

Qualifications:

• Experience or related school are a plus
• High attention to detail, workmanship and appearance is required

• High mechanical aptitude to safely and skillfully operate hand tools and other metal working tools

• Able to accurately measure and perform basic math

• Able to accurately work with and interpret Engineering drawings

• Able to maintain a clean, safe, organized and respectful environment

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Prior experience

Responsibilities:

• Care and operator maintenance of CNC equipment
• Accurate use of measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges
• Load and unload parts
• Inspection of parts
• Tool and machine set up
• Computer operation
