Financial Services Representative

Position Overview We’re an energetic team looking for a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey. What You’ll Do Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices. Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products. Process and prepare loan applications. Take and process payments. Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans. Balance assigned cash drawer daily. Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money to and from the bank. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch. Other Duties Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily. Help build tax clientele and provide tax services. Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application. Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager. Requirements Demonstrate self‑confidence and organizational skills. Show a history of kindness, compassion, and helping others. Seek quality‑driven solutions and embrace new ideas. Be an absolute team player – pitching in when needed and accepting help. Have basic computer skills. Hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Benefits Hourly pay: $18 – $20.
