You will be the first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience that reflects the quality and integrity of our firm. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing enquiries through email, phone, and our support portal with the utmost professionalism. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently and escalating complex problems to the relevant internal teams. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Collaborate closely with consultants and project managers to ensure alignment on client communication and issue resolution. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and help build our knowledge base. Gather and synthesise client feedback to share with internal teams for service enhancement. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in a customer support or client services role, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, articulate, and friendly demeanour. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and calmly under pressure. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM systems and other customer service software. A client-centric mindset with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service. The ability to work independently and demonstrate strong self-discipline in a remote setting.
