VP of Technology - Real Estate

Are you well versed in real estate technology? Very comfortable in security issues, cloud computing and managing a small team? Ready to take the next step in your career and would love to work for a very well established, secure firm? If so, the we want to speak to you!

Here's a small snapshot of what you will be responsible for.....

Serve as the senior technology leader for the local organization, partnering with executive leadership and corporate IT to develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead all local IT functions, including infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, service delivery, enterprise applications, and technology project management.
Manage multimillion-dollar technology budgets while ensuring fiscal responsibility, operational efficiency, and measurable business value.
Successfully operate within a matrixed organizational structure, balancing local business priorities with enterprise technology standards and corporate initiatives.
