Position Summary

Directs workflow for medical records departments and front-end technicians. Establishes support for service priorities by ensuring workflow efficiencies to meet prescription order deliverables.

Required Qualifications

For this role you will need Minimum Requirements:

• Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Working knowledge of business intelligence
• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
• Must be a Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Minnesota

Preferred Qualifications

1-5 years of management experience

What You Will Do

• Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors to achieve the Front-End OCR area's goals.
• Advises team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achievement of the organization's goals and objectives for Front End OCR.
• Develops strategy to ensure the accurate entry of prescriptions with patient payer information.
• Evaluates operating results with established objectives and recommends performance improvement opportunities.
• Controls payroll costs through analyzing allocation of resources and staffing needs.
• Generates and maintains communication throughout the organization.
• Conducts performance appraisals to provide employees with timely and constructive feedback.
• Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
