Position Details

Locations: Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, and Ahwatukee – assignments matched within 20 minutes of your preferred area
Hours: 4-6 hours per week | Availability needed Monday-Friday, 4:00-7:00 PM
Compensation: $18-$27/hr (contract position) + performance bonuses

What We're Looking For

Required: Demonstrated experience working with English Language Learners (ELL) in a tutoring or classroom setting
Experience in ESL instruction, language acquisition strategies, and differentiated support for non-native speakers
Currently enrolled in college or hold a college degree
Strong communicator who can adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds and learning styles
Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes
Genuine passion for education and helping ELL students succeed
Bonus: TOEFL certification – or currently working toward it – is a strong plus
