What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and oversee the clinical and operational performance of a center
- Manage and develop a team of BCBAs and RBTs
- Ensure treatment plans meet best practice standards and drive meaningful outcomes
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support long-term progress
- Coach and mentor clinicians to elevate performance and clinical quality
- Partner with leadership to support growth and maintain high standards across the center
What We’re Looking For
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum of 3+ years of BCBA experience in a center-based setting
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to step into a leadership role
- Strong clinical foundation across skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- Passion for mentorship, team development, and high-quality care
