Bilingual Staffing Recruiter

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is hiring a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter in North Las Vegas, NV to support client hiring through end-to-end recruitment. Responsibilities Publish job openings on job boards , social media , and other recruiting platforms Source, review, and screen candidates for open roles Conduct phone and in-person interviews Manage onboarding requirements , including I-9 documentation, drug testing, background checks, and orientation Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams on staffing needs and recruiting updates Build and maintain candidate pipelines using referrals, networking, community outreach, colleges, and nonprofit organizations Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the applicant tracking system Support job fairs, hiring events, community outreach, and employee recognition initiatives Partner with the Account Manager to support client staffing needs Track recruiting activity and provide updates on hiring progress Ensure compliance with company policies , safety standards , and documentation requirements Requirements Bilingual (English and Spanish) required Previous recruiting experience preferred , especially in high-volume or bilingual recruiting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment Experience with job boards, sourcing platforms, and social media recruiting preferred Comfortable conducting phone and in-person interviews Flexible, dependable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team Schedule & Work Details Location: North Las Vegas, NV (onsite) Work location: In person Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Employment type: Full-Time Pay & Benefits Pay rate: $17.00-$19.00 per hour Medical benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Health insurance Technology Applicant tracking system #J-18808-Ljbffr
