Role Description
ERPA is seeking a talented Peoplesoft Consultant.
- Gathering requirements, preparing design documents, developing the design, performing unit and system testing, assisting the business team in user testing, and migrating the code to production.
- Working with the client to understand the business requirements and provide production support.
- Working with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed checkpoints.
- Analyzing the system for required changes along with any impact on existing functionality.
- Facilitating the business decision-making process by providing impact analysis and data reports.
- Demonstrating the configurations through the development of prototype systems.
- Employing standard software, templates, and tools to create business analysis artifacts and deliverables.
- Assisting the integration consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Oracle PeopleSoft/other third party/custom solutions.
- Supporting business users during testing, undertaking testing ‘triage’ process to validate true testing defects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, or related, Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 5 years’ experience as an Application Developer II, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Analyst or related.
- Special Requirements: Must have certificates in PeopleSoft Application Developer I: PeopleTools & PeopleCode and PeopleSoft Application Developer II: App Engine & Integration.
