$260-$290K Compensation, $85K SOB, SRNA Stipend, Generous PTO, Employer Supported Retirement Plan.

Job Description & Responsibilities

1. Academic Excellence : Join Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive academic health system and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University.
2. Collaborative Practice : Join an established, stable, hospital employed team of 13 physicians and 25 CRNAs in a supportive medical direction model.
3. Diverse & High-Quality Care: Provide full-spectrum anesthesia services to a diverse patient population with a strong focus on safety and quality (staffing ratios 1:2 / 1:3). Collaborative Anesthesia Care Team is predominate model with CRNAs encouraged to be part of full spectrum of care including neuraxial, regional and invasive line placement

Requirements

1. NBCRNA Certification
2. New York State Licensure
3. BLS, ACLS or PALS Certification Required

1. Salary Range: $260-290K
1. This compensation represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation rate at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
2. Sign-On Bonus: Up to $85K
3. SRNA Training Stipend: Up to $130K
