Overview

Bassett Healthcare Network , a progressive, academic health system in Central New York and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Department of Urology.

• Salary Range: $121,000 - $145,000
• Sign-on Bonus: up to $50,000
• Location: Cooperstown, NY

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Join an established group of 4 Surgeons and 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Practice within Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system delivering care across an 8-county region
• Responsibilities will include clinic, hospital and OR coverage
• Surgical call with stipend 
• Previous surgical experience preferred but not essential

Requirements

• National Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• New York medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• BLS Certification Required
• DEA Required

Compensation

• Salary Range: $121,000 - $145,000
• This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
• Sign-on Bonus: up to $50,000
