We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure an exceptional client experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, technicians, and management by coordinating service activities, supporting client needs, and helping maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide outstanding service and support.
• Schedule and dispatch the right technician to the right job in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor technician locations and job progress using GPS and dispatch software.
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist customers with service requests, questions, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and submit permits, licenses, and required compliance documentation.
• Organize team meetings and provide administrative support to the Service Manager.
• Reconcile open work orders and ensure accurate completion of service documentation.
• Order parts and materials, track inventory needs, and coordinate deliveries.
• Reconcile purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with collection activities and follow-up on past-due customer accounts.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management software.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
