Inclusion Coordinator, After-School & Summer Camp

The Northshore YMCA in Haverhill is seeking a compassionate and experienced Full-Time Inclusion Specialist to support children, families, and staff within our After School Programs and Summer Camp. The role focuses on creating welcoming environments for children of all abilities to participate, build confidence, and succeed. As an Inclusion Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with program staff, families, and community resources, providing guidance and individualized support strategies. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in educational settings.
